Technology partners, resellers, and managed service providers who integrate with or resell Sigilhosting infrastructure. Volume pricing with committed-use discounts, full API integration, white-label dashboard, and dedicated support channels.
Resell Sigilhosting infrastructure under your own brand. Your customers see your company name, your logo, your support contact. The dashboard, API endpoints, and documentation can all be customized to match your brand identity.
You manage billing through your own systems. Our API provides granular usage data per sub-account (CPU hours, bandwidth, storage, domain registrations) that you feed into your billing platform. Price however you want — flat rate, markup, bundled.
Volume pricing is based on committed monthly spend across all sub-accounts. Tiers start at $1,000/month with increasing discounts at $5,000, $15,000, and $50,000 committed levels. Month-to-month, no minimum contract term.

The partner API lets you create and manage sub-accounts for each customer. Each sub-account is fully isolated — separate API keys, separate resources, separate networking, separate billing data. Your customers cannot see each other.
Set resource limits per sub-account (max servers, bandwidth, domains) to manage risk and prevent any single customer from consuming your entire allocation. Limits are enforced at the API level.
Usage dashboards aggregate data across all sub-accounts and break down by customer, resource type, and region. Export via API for integration with your reporting and invoicing systems.

If your customers deploy on infrastructure, there is likely a useful integration to build. We work with monitoring platforms, CI/CD providers, security tools, configuration management vendors, and application frameworks to create one-click deployments, pre-configured images, and native integrations.
Technology partnerships include co-marketing: joint blog posts, case studies, webinars, and featured placement in our marketplace. We promote integrations that genuinely help shared customers.
We provide sandbox environments with API access, documentation, and engineering support for building and testing your integration.

Partners get a dedicated support channel with direct engineering access — not the standard ticket queue. Response target is 30 minutes during business hours, and critical issues escalate to on-call engineers immediately.
Each partner is assigned a technical account manager who understands your architecture and your customers. They are your single point of contact for escalations, feature requests, and capacity planning.
Quarterly business reviews cover usage trends, upcoming platform changes, and roadmap items relevant to your integration.
Volume pricing, priority support, white-label options.
